Captive Conductor Plant

Vijai has set up additional unit with State of the Art Technology at Roorkee in Uttarakhand in 2006, to manufacture Aluminum Conductors  for Over head transmission purpose and  ABC (Aerial Bunch cable) as per relevant BIS Standards.

Vijai has started to manufacture All Aluminum Alloy Conductor (AAAC), in order to cater to its growing demand and the gradual switch over from the ACSR (Aluminum conductor with steel reinforcement) throughout the world, besides fulfilling the needs of its own Rural Electrification Projects. All products carry certificates of standard test as per Indian Standard / REC specs.

Vijai Electricals Ltd has State of the Art manufacturing machinery, completely equipped, up-to-date laboratory which ensures rigid check at every stage of production and a self-oriented workshop to suit the entire check-up and maintenance of machines, inflow and outflow of material.
